ALTAVI is Latin for elevate or move to the next level and that's exactly what we help our clients do. We talk a lot about how we help our clients bridge the gap between business strategy and sales execution. What this means is our clients inherently understand their business and their go to market strategy, but where things break down for them today is on the sales operation side. These are things like understanding their sales technology stack and having the skills and the expertise to deliver. A lot of times it's just a capacity issue because after all, sales operations teams are typically small.

We have a bifurcated approach on how we help our clients. On one side of our business is our Sales Operations Consulting. These are all the traditional things that you would think of such as territory alignment, commission structures, forecasting, reporting, dashboards, analytics and sales process. These things today are all interconnected and so we talk about how sales operations is no longer a silo. These include sales and marketing, customer service, accounting, finance, legal, and executive management.

The one thing that bonds all of this together is your data and that's where our other side of the business the sales enablement technology services comes into play. It's about implementing these tools and then integrating them with the back end. When we talk about implementation, we take an agile principle approach. Understanding what a minimum viable product is in order to create value for the users. Ultimately, it's not about implementing a tool, standing up a CRM, pointing it to the team and saying, we're going to use this now. In needs to be a productivity tool. You want it to delight the users. The goal is to improve your customer experience and ultimately affect the top line revenue.

We focus in three areas, CRM, CPQ, also known as proposal manager and CLM contract lifecycle management, and we have found that the combination of these three on a single platform helps your team go faster and improve your sales.

When we've talked about integration, a big part of this is working with other technologies such as ERPs like, SAP or Oracle, and binding these applications all together.
